This week I am thinking a lot about gratitude and joy. So here's a few things that I am so thankful for. Little things in my little life that make me smile. I'm thankful for fall, for winter, for the holiday spirit. For costumes half off, for candy galore. For Christmas decor and sprinklings of lights, for jolly movies and nativity scenes. For breaks off school and Christmas parties. Babysitting and photography opportunities. Festive Odysseys and Amazon wish lists. Youtube inspiration, excited butterflies, loads of movie ideas and inspiration. Making music videos with colorful festivities. Little dogs and little costumes. Opportunities to learn at school, for time management even though I'm terrible at that. Opportunities to grow in that actually. Studio C's videos "you'll never die." Mugs and holiday drinks. Whipped cream and caramel topping. Relaxing cozy mornings. Blankets and frosty windows. Leftover Halloween candy. Spending time with Jesus (should've said that first). Friends with laughter and jokes and games at parties. Bookmark reminders. Colorful words. Poetry written by favorite authors. Spices of pumpkin lattes. Being hilarious. Bonfires and smores. Chocolate of course. And chicken tortilla soup on a rainy day. And this little nook, my little online room where I get to decorate and write my thoughts.
Basically, I'm excited for fall and Christmas. I'm excited to go to the mall, watch the decorations, listen to the music and order Starbucks. Last year, I had an amazing grinch outfit and long crazy Santa hat. I got tons of compliments from the jolly faces bustling around the holiday festivities. It was amazingly fun and magical. I'm so thankful for this amazing summer, but it's basically fall now so I figured September should be a good time to start posting fall posts. I'm thankful for weekends to write posts and laptops to write them on. I'm thankful for all of my faithful readers. ;) Have a great weekend. <3
