Breaking news: In just a little under a month and a half, I am planning on traveling to a foreign country with Touching Lives for Christ! ✈️ We will be going to.... Honduras! 🇭🇳 I'm so excited to use my still-crisp fresh passport and embark on this journey. My team will be first going to bootcamp (June 1-4) to prepare, then flying to Honduras for 10 days to serve in various ways that could include such things like singing, playing music, or teaching children. We do not yet know all the details but will help in any way we can. I have always wanted to go on a TLC trip! I'm so excited for this opportunity and thankful for the upcoming experiences that lay in store. ❤️ These are some pictures from the blog of the missionaries we are visiting in Honduras. They give a small glimpse into the area where we will be! I ask for your prayers on this trip - for the missionaries, safety, our team, God's work, and the necessary finances. Thankfully I already have the passport, plane tickets, and over half the money for my trip expenses! I am grateful to everyone who has given me their time, funds, and opportunities for jobs of all sorts. You're awesome! Touching Lives for Christ Missions has made it easy for anyone who wants to donate online to my trip. Just check out the link here! My 5-year-old sister Karina has even offered to draw a picture for anyone who donates (so cute)😆 I will be blogging about the trip here on this website-- you can even sign up for my mailing list (the "Sign Up" form) if ya want. I also will be vlogging on my YouTube channel, so make sure to subscribe. You don't wanna miss out on the epic documentation of this grand adventure!
Thank you so much for reading this tiny announcement about my life. I absolutely love mission trips: they are unexpectedly flexible and hold a sense of mystery and adventure, new ways to stretch your comfort zone, and learning opportunities along the way. I'm excited for the new lessons the future holds!
